Kathy has worked at CRASH Services as a claims handler since 2016. Through her role as a claims handler, Kathy provides valuable support to her team and ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers who have been involved in accidents. She has additionally achieved a BA Honours degree in music management, branding, and public relations. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her son.
