CRASH Services has earned the ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation for the 16th year in a row. This year marks a major milestone as all company locations are now officially certified under the international standard.

CRASH Services has successfully secured ISO 9001 Quality Management System accreditation for the 16th consecutive year, following a comprehensive independent audit. For the first time, all CRASH Services locations are now fully ISO 9001 certified, marking an important milestone for the organisation.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management and is used by more than one million organisations worldwide. The standard focuses on continual improvement, customer satisfaction and consistent service delivery, providing a robust framework for organisations to manage quality effectively and responsibly.

The recent audit involved a detailed review of CRASH Services’ quality management systems, including system administration processes, operational activity across multiple sites and job‑related records. Auditors confirmed that policies and procedures are being applied consistently across all locations, with clear evidence of adherence to key quality and compliance commitments.
