£10,000 Raised for Cancer Focus NI Through Corporate Fundraising Partnership
CRASH Services, Northern Ireland’s leading accident management company, together with JMK Solicitors and Granite Exchange, are celebrating a fantastic fundraising milestone after raising £10,000 for Cancer Focus Northern Ireland during the first six months of 2025.
The fundraising campaign forms part of the organisations’ ongoing commitment to supporting local charities and making a positive difference within communities across Northern Ireland. The funds raised will help Cancer Focus NI continue providing vital cancer support services, prevention programmes, research, and advocacy for local people affected by cancer.
Supporting Cancer Focus NI Throughout 2025
Supporting a chosen charity each year is an important part of the culture at CRASH Services, JMK Solicitors and Granite Exchange. Their dedicated Charity Committee works throughout the year to organise fundraising initiatives and encourage staff engagement.
From January to June 2025, employees took part in a variety of fundraising activities, including:
- Belfast Marathon participation
- Breakfast mornings
- Lunchtime quizzes
- Regular staff fundraising events
- Monthly salary contribution schemes
A significant portion of the total raised came from team members who participated in the Belfast Marathon, generating almost £3,000 in sponsorship and donations.
Every App Download Helps Raise Funds
Alongside internal fundraising efforts, CRASH Services and JMK Solicitors continue to support Cancer Focus NI through their customer app initiative.
For every download of the CRASH & JMK app, the companies donate £1 to Cancer Focus Northern Ireland, providing customers and clients with an easy way to support the charity while accessing valuable services.
More Fundraising Activities Planned
The fundraising effort will continue throughout the remainder of 2025, with staff preparing to take part in additional events including:
- The Causeway Coast Marathon Walk
- Charity breakfast mornings
- Lunchtime quizzes
- Workplace fundraising initiatives
The organisations hope to significantly build on the £10,000 already raised before the end of the year.
