Question: What happened at the time of your accident?
“I never expected a routine shopping trip with my granddaughter to turn into an unfortunate accident with damage to my vehicle, but I’m so glad I used CRASH Services, Northern Ireland’s No. 1 accident management company, they were amazing.
My granddaughter and I went shopping and parked away from the busy part of the car park in a disability spot. As we were shopping, a message came over the tannoy from customer services, calling out my car registration and asking for the owner.
Confused, I went immediately to customer services where I met a lady who apologetically told me she had hit my car. We went outside to review the car damage where it was apparent that she must have reversed into my vehicle at force as I left the wheels straight and they were curved after the incident from the impact.
She apologised and accepted responsibility immediately. We exchanged contact and insurance details, and I took photos of the damage.
I had to drive the car home as I didn’t know what else to do, so I drove carefully knowing something wasn’t right.”
Question: How did you hear about CRASH Services?
“My daughter told me to ring CRASH Services, that they were brilliant and they would handle everything.
She wasn’t wrong, from start to finish the service was absolutely fantastic!
I didn’t realise CRASH Services offered a full support package when you have an accident! I rang them up and they sent me out a replacement vehicle straight away. The claims handler said she would get my car collected to be repaired, as soon as my replacement car arrived at my door. The service was amazing, as were the staff I interacted with. When I spoke to the hire car driver, he was brilliant at answering all my questions and within half an hour of my hire car arriving, my damaged car was collected by my local garage to be repaired.”

“I couldn’t fault the service, everyone was amazing. Nothing was too much bother, and everyone at the end of the phone was so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend CRASH Services to friends and family and already have!
