“I never expected a routine shopping trip with my granddaughter to turn into an unfortunate accident with damage to my vehicle, but I’m so glad I used CRASH Services, Northern Ireland’s No. 1 accident management company, they were amazing.
My granddaughter and I went shopping and parked away from the busy part of the car park in a disability spot. As we were shopping, a message came over the tannoy from customer services, calling out my car registration and asking for the owner.

We went outside to review the car damage where it was apparent that she must have reversed into my vehicle at force as I left the wheels straight and they were curved after the incident from the impact.
