“I was driving down the road, and I came up to a four-way roundabout. When I stopped, a car came down behind me and straight into the back of me.
After the accident, I phoned my brother-in-law, and he came down. The first thing he said was to get in touch with CRASH and they will do everything for you.
I got a replacement car right away, which I had right up until after Christmas while my own car was getting fixed. CRASH delivered the car right to my door and when it was time for the car to go back, they came to my house and collected it again. I had nothing to do at all.
After the accident, I had to go to the hospital because of a constant ringing in my ear. I had whiplash and I’m still attending the doctor. CRASH Services were absolutely fantastic, they did everything from solicitors to arranging appointments with the doctors.
They done everything; they took it all out of my hands. I had nothing to do, they did it all which was brilliant. I wouldn’t have thought of getting in touch with solicitors or anything like that because I wouldn’t have known where to start.
CRASH took away the stress. They took everything away from me after the car accident and took everything out of my hands.
