Mairead has been part of the CRASH Services team since November 2016, acting as the first point of contact for customers after they are involved in an accident. She assists customers in several ways including arranging recovery or a hire vehicle and reporting an incident through to the insurance company.
In her role, Mairead works efficiently to get customer vehicles back on the road as soon as possible, or to assist in recovering the value of their vehicle if it is no longer roadworthy.
In October 2023, Mairead took on the position of Claims Team Leader at our Belfast office. Mairead ensures our customers feel supported and confident during what can be a difficult and stressful experience.
Mairead also understands the needs of a taxi driver; ‘For a taxi driver to have their car off the road means they are losing out on work so it’s very important to get them into a replacement taxi as quickly as possible.’
