Leigh joined CRASH in January 2022. As a Trainee Claims Handler, Leigh works in the Claims Department, assisting in the provision of accident management services to Insurance Brokers, Repairers, Solicitors, and other introducers and their respective customers who have been involved in road traffic collisions. Leigh helps CRASH customers by attending to customer queries, ensuring a prompt response to customer needs, providing sound advice to customers regarding their options, and explaining the service in full whilst ensuring a prompt response to customer needs.
Leigh enjoys working at CRASH as they offer a great training and development program and a friendly and supportive team atmosphere.
