Whether you are wholly not at fault for an accident or not your insurance company may increase your insurance premium at renewal.
If you are charged a higher premium as a result of a non-fault accident you should be able to make a claim against the at-fault driver for this loss. Please let us know should this happen to you.
At CRASH Services, whilst we investigate the circumstances of the accident we have no authority to make any binding decision on who is held responsible for the accident whether in full and in part.
Occasionally, we will agree to provide our services to a customer believing that they are fully not at fault, however later evidence can arise or a determination can be made by a Court that our customer is fully or partially at-fault.
Whilst this does not result in any personal loss to the customer in relation to the costs of our services it does mean that a claim might be made on your policy by the other party or parties involved in the accident.
This is something that is always outside our control.
