Emma’s primary aim as the Learning and Development Manager at CRASH Services is to assist each team member in reaching their full potential. Emma is passionate about helping people learn, and recognises the relationship between the personal development of each individual and the needs of the organisation. She enjoys working in a team that regards the training and development of all members of staff as being vital to achieving its overall objectives.

As an Associate of the CIPD Emma is also a key performer in proactively leading, developing and co-ordinating HR initiatives with the aim to enhance the engagement, productivity and well-being of staff through a wide range of HR strategies.
