CRASH Services and Navigator Blue were awarded ‘Marketing Excellence in the Services Sector’ at this year’s Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Awards held at the Europa Hotel on 15th October. Their hassle-free approach, rapid response and their attitude of putting the interest of the customer first has helped the company dominate the accident management sector across Northern Ireland. CRASH Services has benefited from a significant return on their marketing investment which has resulted in significant increases in business volumes, turnover and revenue level as a direct result of the marketing campaign.
