Third Branch Opening in 2010 for Leading Accident Management Company
CRASH Services, the Accident Management Company, have opened in Bangor, Co. Down. The new centre is the third branch as part of CRASH’s £1 million expansion plan, announced earlier this year, to create a regional network of CRASH REPAIR SOLUTIONS sites throughout Northern Ireland.
The new branch is situated on Balloo Avenue, the main carriageway between Bangor and Newtownards, and will support motorists in the North Down area and beyond. This latest branch follows the launch of CRASH REPAIR SOLUTIONS sites at Stockmans Lane in Belfast and on the Belfast Road in Newry.
The Crash Services branch network strategy aims to take their service direct to the motorists by providing a hassle free car hire and repair solution to those involved in an accident. Now drivers in North Down will be able to turn up at the new site, drop off a damaged vehicle and drive away in a replacement vehicle within minutes.
Tony McKeown, Sales and Marketing Director at CRASH: stated: “We have set ourselves a target of opening six new branches, the North Down branch is our third – so we are half-way there. We have carefully selected the locations to provide support in high traffic areas. Our other sites in Belfast and in Newry are performing well above expectations. We anticipate the Bangor branch will also perform well due to its location and the unique nature of the service we offer.”
Tony continues: “We offer a concierge service for busy people who have been involved in an accident. Turn up at your nearest branch, drop off the damaged vehicle and drive away in a replacement within minutes. We liaise with the insurance companies and get the vehicle back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
Staff on hand across the CRASH REPAIR SOLUTIONS branch network offer customers a face to face service and feedback indicates that this hands-on approach is well received by motorists.
CRASH began business in 1996 and now employs almost 50 local people. It is the leading name in the accident management sector in Northern Ireland. Find out more about us.
