CRASH Services, the Accident Management Company, has announced that is investing nearly £1million to create a regional network of CRASH REPAIR SOLUTIONS sites throughout Northern Ireland. The first site will be launched at Stockmans Lane in Belfast on January 18th. The Newry site is anticipated to be open in March 2010. Four further CRASH REPAIR SOLUTIONS are planned to open across Northern Ireland at high traffic areas during 2010/11, creating 20 new jobs.

The Newry based Accident Management Company aims to take it’s service directly to the Northern Irish motorist. A pioneering move according to Tony McKeown, Sales and Marketing Director at CRASH: “Our success has been built around customer service and we have identified a genuine need in the marketplace for CRASH REPAIR SOLUTIONS. We are offering a concierge service for busy motorists who have been involved in an accident and want a hassle free car hire and repair solution. Motorists will be able to turn up at our new sites, drop off their damaged vehicle and drive away in a hire vehicle within minutes. With nearly 2,000 vehicles involved in accidents on Northern Ireland’s roads every week we anticipate our high traffic locations will provide a unique hassle free experience for busy motorists involved in accidents.”

This announcement is the latest development in the fourteen year history of the locally owned Accident Management firm, which now employs over 50 staff. Last year the company outperformed the UK Accident Management sector by 30% and delivered year on year growth in a period of severe decline across the sector. The company’s performance has helped CRASH secure significant funding from the Northern Bank to facilitate future growth.

“We are leaders in our marketplace because we continue to focus on our customers and their needs.” Explains Tony: “The new sites will place our services within easy reach of all motorists and provide convenient access for those who need immediate assistance. The sites will operate as extensions of our business thereby enabling us to support and advise motorists on how to manage their way through the usually unpleasant experience of being involved in an accident. For the past fourteen years we have worked on behalf of motorists in Northern Ireland, putting them first. This ethos is still the focus of our business.”
