  1. CRASH Services operates to the ISO 9001 standard where all identified critical business functions have proven business continuity plans which staff are trained on and the plans are annually reviewed, exercised or tested.
  2. Our Recovery, Delivery and Collection teams are working on site as usual we are taking all hygiene precautions, we would ask all customers and those they come into contact with to do the same.

CRASH Services Hire Vehicle Sanitisation 

At CRASH Services, we are ensuring that we maintain our high standards of sanitation in order to keep you safe. We have always provided a high quality valeting process for all our vehicles and we have added additional measures in accordance with government guidelines so that each vehicle is fully sanitised and disinfected, pre and post being hired to a customer. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, government advice is that individuals should avoid public transport where possible and utilise their own transport, in order to ensure social distancing and help stop the spread of the infection.

The team at CRASH Services are working hard to ensure our customers using one of our hire vehicles have the peace of mind that we are maintaining our high standards of sanitation in order to keep you safe.

We have always ensured a high-quality valeting process for all our vehicles, but we have added additional measures to our processes over the last number of months so that each vehicle is fully sanitised and disinfected pre and post being hired to a customer.

Our extra precautions allow us to reduce the chance of the coronavirus being transmitted across commonly touched surfaces. We focus on areas such as the door handles, gearstick, steering wheel and the radio, ensuring all are fully sanitised with an alcohol-based disinfectant.

Our team will soak removable items such as carpets and floor mats for a minimum of 30 minutes and use a separate cleaning scrub to clean all fabrics that can’t be removed from the car.

Finally, they will ensure that all exterior surfaces are clean with a soapy wash, with extra attention paid to commonly touched parts such as door handles, mirrors and the boot.

When delivering our cars to customer, our team will have an alcohol-based sanitiser with them to regularly rub down the door handles and steering wheel.

If you are visiting one of our locations, we have hand sanitisation stations installed, screens at our reception and social distancing and safety reminders throughout.
