“I was sitting stationary behind a vehicle turning right when a van hit me from behind resulting in a collision with the vehicle in front causing minimal damage. However, my car was badly damaged and could not drive it. I drive only an automatic car and thought I would never get an automatic hire car. A friend told me about CRASH who said they could source any type of vehicle, I wasn't so sure but decided to call anyway. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and explained the step by step service procedure. I explained that I could not drive any other vehicle, as I am only insured for an automatic. I also needed a car for the weekend. She assured me that they would do their best to find me an automatic car as soon as possible.
Through regular phone contact I was kept informed of what was happening, they had found me a automatic hire car in Belfast, I live in Bangor, and was told that if I got a taxi to the hire office in Belfast that CRASH would refund the taxi fare. They just couldn't do enough. This would have been a harrowing experience if I had to do it all myself, CRASH just made the whole process so easy.”

“I am a Taxi Driver, and was driving towards Portadown when a car crossed the white line from the opposite direction and collided with my car. The police confirmed that the third party was at fault.
I got in contact with my insurer who advised me to call CRASH as they help "non fault" accidents, plus I needed a replacement car immediately as my livelihood was at stake and not just any car, - I needed a replacement taxi!
CRASH gave me the choice of a few repair garages in my area to speed things up and then they advised me to get a solicitor.
The third party had not produced their documents, so I called CRASH who went to work on this by getting in contact with the police, and chased up the other party's Insurance Company. I got a hire taxi through CRASH from David Castells so was able to carry on working whilst my own taxi was being repaired. Meanwhile CRASH was handling all the necessary administration. By using CRASH, my life was hardly disrupted at all.”

Later that day a seven-seater hire car was delivered exactly like my specification.
I am a busy person and didn't need the extra hassle of sorting all of this out, but didn't need to as CRASH took care of absolutely everything and kept me informed all the way.”
