Michael McKeown is Founder and Managing Director. He was also the former founder of Expert Information Systems Holdings Plc.
Michael set up CRASH in Newry in 1996. Prior to this he worked for over 20 years at the leading edge of the Insurance industry. Michael identified a niche in the local market driven by the fact that the NI legal market is quite different from that of the mainland and that local companies/people prefer to deal with local suppliers

Tony McKeown is the youngest of Michael’s four sons. He joined the business in November 2006 in the newly created role of Marketing Director. Tony is a graduate of the Communications, Advertising and Marketing degree at UUJ.
Before joining CRASH, Tony spent the previous seven years working for Cadbury’s based in London. He managed some of the confectionery giant’s major UK retail accounts which included Boots, Superdrug, Esso and the Co-op. He later went onto work on New Product launches as part of the marketing team.

Eugene has an extensive background in road and traffic policing. He was previously a senior figure in Traffic Branch, and played a key role in developing and implementing policies aimed at preventing road deaths and promoting safer road use in Northern Ireland. Eugene has also been instrumental in improving road safety across Europe through his active involvement in senior advisory boards. He is a key player in developing the CRASH company strategy and provides an independent view as a board member.
Top - Sinead McAllister, Finance Director

Sinead McAllister has twelve years experience in the accounting field. Six of these have been with Granite Financial Ltd as Finance Director and Company Secretary. The previous six years where with one of the UK’s largest furniture importers, where she was directly responsible for arranging all foreign finance for shipments originating from around the world. Along with her finance role in GFL she is also Quality Champion and responsible for maintaining the ISO 9001 quality mark. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Paul comes from a motor trade background and has been with CRASH for 7 years. Before joining CRASH he was a sales Representative for a German company, who sold body shop consumables.
